I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving break!  I didn’t really do much, which is the way I like it, but I didn’t get as much reading done as I had hoped I would.  However, I did get a little done, so here is the list:

I finished The Cobalt Domain by Darla Roselle.  She is coming to visit my book club on December 11, so I needed to get this one done!  Casey sneaks out to go to a party with her friend, and she ends up in an entirely different world – literally.  She enters a door which leads her to the Domain, another world where the leader can morph you into a creature if you displease him, and where searching for The Legend will get you in major trouble.  And of course, Casey meets a hot guy, and…

I read My Friend Dahmer, a graphic novel about Jeffery Dahmer, the serial killer.  This story is about Dahmer when he was in high school, before he started his killing spree.  Interesting to read about him before he became the man we know as one of the worst serial killers.

I started reading Beautiful Creatures.  I know, I know, I am behind here, since the movie has been out for a while.  I can hardly put this book down!  I love the world the author has created, and the love story isn’t too sappy for me.  I am about 3/4 of the way done with this one – now I will be sucked into a series!

All of these are available in the library, so come by to check them out!

I am already compiling my stack for Winter Break – I will have more time, so I hope to get more read!
