The world of Harry Potter is such a fun one.  The movie of Fantastical Beasts and Where to Find Them looks pretty good, though I haven’t read that particular book.  I have read the rest of the series twice, both times with  my husband (we read out loud to each other).  I have a hard time with audio books, though, so I am sure there are things I missed.  I  should probably read the books myself; there is just something about those pages in my hands, being able to go back and look for names or clues or information, seeing the progress in the physical book as I read.  But, I have a four year old son, so when he gets old enough, we will b e reading the series again, and I will have another chance to find out what I missed the other times i read it.

But apparently, there are clues to solving the mysteries in each book (a good author will always give clues, it’s called foreshadowing), and I am sure I missed some when I was listening.  Here is a post from Mashable that goes through 37 hidden clues in the series.  Pretty interesting.   But I don’t have time to re-read the series right now; I am just focused on reading a book once right now!

Whether you decide to re-read Harry Potter, read it for the first time (yep, there are a few people out there who haven’t read it), or if you go see the new movie, enjoy your visit to the world of Harry Potter.

Happy Reading!
